We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party marketing tags. No profiling or automated decision-making is performed.
How inquiry data flows
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON POST to https://data-forge.store/api/inquiry on the same domain. Our server-side handler stores the submission in our business mailbox system solely to reply and, if you proceed, to document engagement terms. Data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: up to 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution.
- Contract and billing records (if you become a client): retained as required by Thai commercial and tax law.
- Consent choice: remains in your browser until you clear site data or use “Change choice” on the banner.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us using the details above. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Security
We use TLS for public pages and restrict access to inquiry data to staff who need it for client communication. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full bank account numbers through the open form.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use email or hosting providers with servers abroad, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the service.
