Refund policy

Scope
This policy applies to paid financial-planning consultations and ongoing financial-management plans sold by Data Forge Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID (TIN): 0105338696783). Inquiry messages alone do not incur charges.
Consultation fees

Plan and retainer fees
- Before work starts: If you withdraw after signing but before we begin deliverables, we refund unused prepaid amounts minus any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- After work starts: Fees for completed review periods are non-refundable. Partial months are not prorated unless required by law.
- Deposits: Deposits stated on your invoice are applied to the final invoice unless this policy specifies otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Custom research purchased from external data vendors at your request, government filing fees, and travel already booked for on-site visits (if agreed in writing) are non-refundable once paid.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer to a Thai baht account you designate. Processing time: within 14 business days after approval.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per consultation is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Disputes
Contact us first at the details above. If we cannot resolve a billing concern, you may pursue remedies available under Thai consumer protection law.
