1. Who we are

2. Services

We provide individual financial-planning consultations and tailored financial-management plans focused on small-business cash-flow in Thailand. Deliverables are advisory and organisational in nature unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We are not a securities broker, fund manager, or licensed investment adviser unless explicitly disclosed in a signed mandate.

3. Forming an engagement

Website copy is informational. A binding engagement begins only when you accept a written quote or engagement letter that specifies scope, fees, and schedule. Verbal assurances alone do not create a contract.

4. Fees and payment

Consultation and plan fees are quoted in THB after we understand your needs. Payment terms (advance deposit, bank transfer details, due dates) appear on your invoice. Standard proposal: consultation fee due before the session; plan fees billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate financial information, respond to clarification requests promptly, and use our outputs as decision support — not as a substitute for licensed tax, legal, or audit services where those are required.

6. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information as confidential and limit internal access. You agree not to share our proprietary templates publicly without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from advisory services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Advertising and consumer protection

We aim to describe services truthfully under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522. We do not guarantee specific financial results.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for site use; existing engagements remain under the terms in force when signed.
